how does robotic process automation process
Rather, the “robot” in robotic process automation is software robots running on a virtual machine or physical. Aaron Bultman, director of product at Nintex says “RPA is a form of business process automation that allows you to define a set of instructions for a ‘bot’ or robot to perform,”. RPA bots are able to mimic most human-computer interactions to carry out a ton of error-free tasks, at high speed and volume. RPA is about automating some of the most ordinary and repetitive computer-based tasks and processes in the workplace. For instance, think copy-paste tasks and moving files from one location to another. RPA automates everyday processes that requires human action often a great deal of it performed in rote, time-consuming fashion. That’s also how RPA promises to boost competence for organizations. RPA is an application of technology, managed by business logic and structured inputs, aimed at automate business process. With using RPA tools, a company can configure software, or a robot, to capture and evaluate applications for processing a transaction, triggering responses, manipulating data and communicating with other digital systems. RPA scenarios range from something as simple as generating an automatic response to an email to deploying thousands of bots, each programmed to automate jobs in an ERP system.
