Anaplatform is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our growing enterprise consulting practice. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them leverage SAP solutions alongside advanced analytics and AI capabilities to drive digital transformation. You will work at the intersection of traditional enterprise resource planning and modern data science, enabling organizations to unlock the full value of their business data.

As a Senior SAP Consultant at Anaplatform, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that combines deep SAP expertise with cutting-edge capabilities in machine learning, predictive analytics, and big data processing. Our consultants do not simply implement technology; they help clients reimagine their business processes and make data-driven decisions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects for enterprise clients across manufacturing, finance, retail, and energy sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes that maintain data integrity throughout the transition.
• Integrate SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR) with Anaplatform's analytics platforms, enabling real-time business intelligence dashboards and predictive analytics capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.
• Develop custom ABAP programs, Fiori applications, and CDS views to extend standard SAP functionality and create tailored analytical solutions that address unique client requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis workshops with client stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, document functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for the implementation team.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal best practices, reusable templates, and knowledge base articles that strengthen the team's collective expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations across multiple industries. SAP certification in one or more modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, or S/4HANA) is strongly preferred.
• Strong programming skills in ABAP, with experience in modern SAP development tools including SAP BTP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA CDS views. Knowledge of Python or R for analytics integration is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, or integration with external BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration patterns (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs), and cloud deployment models (public, private, hybrid) for SAP workloads.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships, leading workshops, and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or master's degree is a plus. Fluency in English is required; Turkish language skills are preferred.
